CNC Machining
Our multi-capability CNC machine shop utilizes the most technologically advanced equipment including Hurco and Monarch vertical machining centers (VMCs), turning centers & more.
We routinely manufacture extremely high tolerance parts in any quantity, from products like Acrylic, Teflon, Kynar, PEEK, Delrin, Polypropylene, and ABS, as well as aluminum, copper, and steel metals. In addition, we maintain a full complement of conventional mills, lathes, routers, shapers, joiners and every type and style of tool and equipment that will allow INPLAST to produce any size, shape or quantity of parts in a very prompt, efficient & cost effective manner.
CAD/CAM
All customer design and finished manufacture programming is accomplished with the most current and reliable 2D and 3D CAD/CAM systems. Programs can be generated from customer supplied engineering drawings, sketches or sample parts. We can also import your .DFX, DWG, .IGES or .PDF files.
Custom Fabrication & Assembly
Within a clean room or traditional environment, our capabilities include advanced manufacturing techniques such as bending, forming or spiral wrapping. We also cement, bond and weld as a full-service provider.
